HR photoThe role of the HR team in our Customer Centre is to successfully implement key strategic people management initiatives to support the sustainable growth of our company.

We believe that competent and committed people are crucial for achieving the business strategy of the company and therefore we primarily focus on providing our managers with tools supporting their leadership role with the aim of attracting, developing and retaining competent and motivated people. In practice this means that we coordinate the recruitment and selection of employees, drive the compensation and benefits processes, support the competence development of our employees along with talent and performance management in the organisation, and also run and coordinate personnel administration in our region.
